On 8–9 October 2025, our consortium met in Ghent for PolliConnect’s second partner meeting, hosted by the Flemish Land Agency and the Province of West Flanders at VAC Gent. The two-day programme combined structured work sessions with on‑site learning and informal networking, including a visit to Sint‑Baafs Cathedral and the masterpiece by the Van Eyck brothers.
Day one focused on aligning the living labs around clear goals through June 2026, sharing plans to increase transparency across sites, and outlining how we will coordinate efforts to avoid duplicate work. We also advanced preparations for stakeholder engagement across learning labs to ensure activities reflect local priorities. An update on scientific monitoring and the camera set‑ups as well as the basics of our monitoring approach.
On day 2, we visited the VLM living lab in Oudenaarde to connect methods with practice, then sessions on project and communication management, followed by financial management so we ensure delivery of high-level results.
